And I don’t know why.

Classes went well, Campus Kitten ate, it’s not raining. Had a nice big supper of beef, many potatoes, and radishes. Snuggled up in bed onlline. Aahhhhh…. the good life.

Someone was power washing the sidewalk near where I think she hangs out, and it was making a loud noise and spraying water.

But I did manage to fill her water and food dish without anyone seeing me. There was also some food left over, so I don’t know if she found another food source yesterday, or had her fill.

Campus Kitten had quite a few visitors today: me, my new colleague and some random person on the street. Usually she’s skittish around people. But she let someone else pet her today.

So I discovered Campus Kitten likes Back Scratching. I know they say never touch a pet while eating, but that is how I ended up petting Campus Kitten as well as back scratching. Kitten is still very hungry. And very thin.

Made a beeline for me when I called her today. That makes me feel good.

Was waiting for me tonight, in the rain.

I was thinking about what a fuck-up I’ve been.

But he/she doesn’t know that.

She really let me pet her today! Like pet her back and gently scratch her neck!

But that doesn’t mean that it’s jacket weather. It meant I could walk up the hill at Tongpan Campus and not be totally drenched in sweat. It was overcast, which helped a bit too.

Watch–tomorrow it will be up to 40 degrees C, which for you Americans, is HOT.

Campus Kitty was hungry, I had a nice walk, hung out with a group from English corner, had my beloved Pupu fried rice (and got another order to take home) and got some papers graded.
